CEO - Founder, Executive Producer
With a background in business, sales and marketing, Taylor has spent most of her life as an entrepreneur, owning, investing, managing, and operating successful ventures in numerous industries for over 20 years. Taylor has been in the TV industry for over 12 years. While in the business, she saw a void for a savvy, nationally broadcast business program. As the Host of BTV and owner of CEO Clips, Taylor has interviewed hundreds of dynamic entrepreneurs and business leaders. A previous 40 under 40 winner, Taylor and her company have been awarded numerous awards including Profit Magazine's Fastest Growing Company 2009 and 2010, and Business in Vancouver Fastest Growing Company 2008 and 2010. Patrick (Paddy) Moore
Creative Director
Patrick (Paddy) Moore is a veteran journalist and producer who traveled the world with CBC News and Current Affairs before joining BTV.
His award winning work has been screened on network broadcasters in Canada, USA, and over 30 countries around the world. The programs range from shorts to feature documentaries and series, with budgets from five thousand to five million dollars.
During his 11 year tenure as Creative Director and Producer of BTV, this weekly series (200+ episodes and counting) has grown from local cable television to national and international broadcast, and includes hundreds of clients such as Bell Canada and Teck Cominco. Lester Lightstone
Cameraman
Les Lightstone has been in the broadcast industry for over 35 years and has shot for clients such as CBC, FOX, PBS, NBC, Discovery Channel, and Entertainment Tonight. Lester has traveled across the globe shooting for BTV and has also put his underwater video skills to good use in many international locales such as Papua New Guinea, China, Chile, Costa Rica, the Bahamas, and Micronesia. Joanne Braithwaite
Series Producer
Joanne Braithwaite is a Leo Award-winning director and writer with over two decades of broadcast experience on a variety of television series, including The Shopping Bags, Animal Miracles, Double Exposure, No Boundaries and Smart Cookies, amongst others. She has also written and directed commercials for Global Television, has worked as a journalist for CBC Television and Radio in Canada and Southeast Asia, and has written, directed and produced corporate videos. Chris Grindley-Ferris
Senior Editor BTV
Chris started his career in broadcast television with the South African Broadcasting Corporation in 1987 where he worked as an editor, producer and cameraman. On emigrating into Canada in 1999 he gained his Canadian experience with the original VTV as a news switcher, OMNI as a commercial producer and editor and finally with BTV as senior editor. David Griffiths
Online Editor
David has worked as the online editor & colourist for Business Television since 2001, taking the stories that the editors deliver and giving them the final polish and quality check before putting everything together into a finished television episode. This involves working with graphics and animation, special effects and sound effects, and compositing and audio mixing. Mike Duncan

Since graduating from BCIT's School of Broadcast and Telecommunications in 2006, Michael Duncan, a native of Prince George, has been a non-linear editor for the last four years working at television stations including JoyTV, CityTV and now Business Television. Shows to his credit include Driving Television, Marriage Unscensored, Perspectives with Randall Mark, P3 and many other promos and commercials. During the last 4 hockey seasons, Michael enjoys working for the Vancouver Giants as their "Suicide Box" cameraman. Mike is responsible for editing BTV’s TV commercials as well as CEO Clips. Janice Drew has been a hair and makeup artist for the past 25 years in Vancouver, B.C. BTV has become her most busy and successful team and she enjoys working with all the amazing clients and crews. Along with her beauty expertise, Janice also enjoys interviewing clients, as well as utilizing her strong visual skills for a successful shoot.

Production Manager
With an extensive background in Project Coordination in a variety of industries from Retail through to Technology, Tracy brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the BTV team. Her responsibilities include the management, co-ordination, successful planning and efficient execution of all BTV, CEO Clip and Commercial production to ensure our company targets are met on time. Steve Wilson

A BCIT graduate with 10 years of editing expertise in TV shows, commercials, segments and all aspects of editing for TV. Prior to becoming an editor Steve delivered newspapers in Ocean Park and worked in the dish pit at Delrio's Restaurant. Makeup Artist
Marzena's passion is makeup artistry. After graduating from the Blanche MacDonald Makeup Artistry program, she has worked extensively in television, movie and photography. Marzena is multilingual and a world traveller, which has given her the opportunity to work with people of multiple ethnic and character backgrounds in a variety of situations. True to her art form, she sees each face as a beautiful fresh canvas. Marzena has been with BTV for four years.
