BTV Launches Capital Markets Division

BTV – Business Television is pleased to announce the initiation of a new capital markets platform aimed at assisting a select group of BTV clients with their capital market needs.

“We’re very pleased to officially offer this service to BTV and CEO Clip clients struggling with their financings through leveraging our expansive network in the sector,” stated BTV’s CEO, Taylor Thoen.

Leading this platform will be former Research Analyst, Ritu Gupte who brings extensive experience and institutional connections both domestically and abroad, and Stephen Altmann, Managing Director, MPA Morrison Park Advisors.  This powerhouse partnership aims at providing unparalleled service available in the marketplace today to an exclusive group of BTV clients.

Ritu Gupte, Director – BTV Capital Markets:

Ritu started as a Research Analyst and went on to become the Chief Country Strategist for Jardine Fleming (now JP Morgan). Ritu worked extensively in Institutional Sales in North America and Asia with JP Morgan, UBS and Dresdner Kleinwort marketing and helping companies raise funds with Institutional investors in Asia, Australia and Japan. Ritu has worked as a generalist covering different sectors with a focus on Natural Resources and helped companies in their fundraising efforts connect with institutional investors, private equity funds, hedge funds and family offices.

MPA Morrison Park Advisors Inc. is an independent, partner owned investment banking advisory firm. MPA is registered as an exempt market dealer in Ontario.
