Paul Huet, President and CEO of Klondex Mines Ltd. predicts a pivotal year with huge growth for the company.
Klondex is a high-grade gold producer in North America. Klondex currently has four operations, two of which Midas and Fire Creek are a normal steady-state production and have been for the last two to three years. 2017 is a pivotal year for us as we ramp up True North in Canada and Hollister in Nevada. For the first time in history we will now have consolidated three mines in the Northern Nevada rift, feeding one central mill. Ore from Palliser, Fire Creek and Midas will feed the centralized mill located at Midas. We have some of the best narrow vein mines in the world. Our assets are located in some of the safest jurisdictions on the planet being Nevada and in Canada. And finally our exploration, we have some of the greatest exploration up side you’re going to find anywhere on the planet. We’re going to have a pivotal year achieving over 220,000 gold equivalent ounces which is a huge step up from 2016 in fact, it’s about a 36 percent growth over last year. It has created a great buying opportunity.
