January 10, 2023

Monthly Cashflow from an ESG ETF

Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors are important for investors who want their investments to reflect their values. The Harvest ESG Equity Income Index ETF is designed to deliver monthly income from an index portfolio built with a structured ESG screening process. It incorporates a series of ESG and socially responsible investing (SRI) screens as well as an ESG proxy voting policy. Income is generated from this portfolio through an active covered call strategy. HESG is a core ESG screened equity income portfolio that delivers monthly cashflow.

The objective of the Harvest ESG Equity Income Index ETF is to track, to the extent reasonably possible before fees and expenses, the performance of the Solactive ISS ESG US Equity Index TR or any successor thereto, while mitigating downside risk. The Harvest ESG Equity Income ETF invests primarily in the equity constituents of Solactive ESG US Equity Index TR, or any successor thereto, while writing covered call options on up to 33% of the portfolio securities. The level of covered call option writing may vary based on market volatility and other factors.
