Premiere Suites, we’re in the furnished accommodation business. We’re the only provider of our type that is coast-to-coast, across Canada, in 38 cities. So we accommodate organizations, workforce mobility because we make it easy for their staff to relocate. They can move into one of our accommodations and really continue on with their life that can be everything from bringing their family bring their pets and a business traveller with it needs to the long term accommodation for 30 nights plus. You get more square footage than what you experience at a hotel. You’ve got a series of amenities from everything from in suite laundry to fitness facilities. With respect to quality were trying to be a four-star hotel quality or better. So we have our executive product and are essential product the biggest difference between executive and essential is really the real estate that we occupy. With our executive we try to have all the amenities really outside the front door within very short distance. Our essential product might be a couple blocks further from some of those services. Property owners like to deal with Premier Suites because we provide a level of professional services, extra set of eyes on their property. We do minor maintenance in the suite, when we have guesting with us. We also have a very active sales-force and we’re regularly marketing our properties in order to maximize their occupancy and ultimately maximize their revenue.
