The company purchased 15 acres of land zoned for cannabis production and manufacturing. Moreover, this property is located between all major California markets. The space and it’s four planned facilities will serve as their headquarters and production facilities for its fully integrated, seed-to-sale model.
The company’s first facility on the property, 35,000 sq ft, is complete and hooked up to the power grid. Their second facility for research and innovation is being retrofitted and is expected to be ready for production in Q2 of 2019. In addition to the existing facilities, they have the ability to add a further 250,000 sq ft greenhouse increasing its total capacity to 350,000 sq ft.
With these facilities and an impressive 120 cannabis strain library, they will be producing premium cannabis products for the globe. They will continue to innovate with strategic partnership and global leader, Intrexon.
