Pistol Bay Mining Blue Sky and Grassroots at This Historic Deposit
Charles Desjardins, President & CEO of Pistol Bay Mining, with the plans for the future of this historical deposit.
Charles Desjardins, President & CEO of Pistol Bay Mining shares his experience with the company and its plans for the future.
Once called Solitaire Mines, Pistol Bay Mining is a resource explorer company with focus on zinc and copper. Now, it is exploring a historic deposit in the Confederation Lake Belt.
Confederation Lake Belt is a volcanic mass of sulfite belt showing signs of previous explorations. There are about 850 drill holes, but none beyond 200 meters for 95% of it.
It has never been consolidated under one owner and that’s what Pistol Bay is doing now. The company plans to deep penetrate V-Tim Max surveys that can seek a big anomaly down to 500 or 700 meters.
Pistol Bay controls the four historic resources in Confederation Lake. As well as one two million tonne, 43-101 resource that has an excellent grade at Arrow.
What makes this project appealing is that it combines blue sky research to look for the big deposits and a grassroots program to build resources, both at Confederation Lake and at the 43-101 resource in Arrow.
