CEO Clips - Mogotes Metals: Next-Door to the Biggest Copper Discovery in 30 Years

Drilling now underway in Argentina and Chile near multi-billion-dollar copper plays

Mogotes Metals is chasing scale in the Andes—and they’ve done their homework. With 20 million CAD invested over the past three years, the company has created a robust geological dataset pointing to multiple copper-rich targets. Now they’re drilling.

What makes this story even more compelling is location. Mogotes’ projects are adjacent to Filo del Sol—one of the biggest copper discoveries in decades—and near another recent discovery valued at over $4.5 billion. The rocks are the same age, the geophysics compelling, and copper mineralization is showing up at surface. As the team kicks off a full season of drilling from October through May, expectations are high that Mogotes could be next in line to uncover the Andes' next major copper project.
