Dakota Gold: Revitalizing One of America’s Historic Gold Districts

Dakota Gold: Revitalizing One of America’s Historic Gold Districts

A large undeveloped gold resource and a development pathway to production support the company’s growth strategy.

With established resources and strong economics from its July 2025 S-K 1300 Initial Assessment with Cash Flow outlining a measured and indicated mine plan with 2.6 million oz Gold production and 153,000 oz per year average annual production over a 17 year mine life, Dakota Gold is advancing its flagship Richmond Hill Gold Project into a catalyst-rich development phase. A Pre-Feasibility Study is expected in the second half of 2026, followed by a Feasibility Study targeted in the first half of 2027, supporting a pathway toward potential production as early as 2029.

As investors continue looking for exposure to established jurisdictions and development-stage opportunities, the company offers leverage to both the gold price and one of America’s historic mining regions.
