Arizona Eagle Mining is advancing the past-producing McCabe Gold-Silver Mine in Arizona, where two discoveries from its first seven drill holes are opening new exploration opportunities at a historic high-grade operation.
Arizona Eagle Mining is working to unlock the potential of its McCabe Gold-Silver Mine, a former BHP operation that last produced in 1993. The company controls approximately 5,000 acres of mineral properties, including multiple past-producing mines, and is combining historical mining data with modern exploration to evaluate the property's remaining gold and silver potential.
Arizona Eagle recently completed its first seven-hole surface drilling program, reporting new discoveries in holes two and six. These early results have strengthened management's interest in exploring beyond the historically mined high-grade zones.
The company's next major step is underground drilling, supported by approximately $40 million in existing mine infrastructure, according to management. By accessing mineralized targets from underground, Arizona Eagle expects to significantly reduce the drilling distances and costs required to test its exploration model.
With a past-producing high-grade mine, two recent discoveries, substantial existing infrastructure and an upcoming underground exploration program, Arizona Eagle Mining is focused on determining the scale of the remaining gold and silver opportunity at McCabe.
