Boosh was created for one simple reason. They wanted to help health-conscious consumers meet their goals by providing convenient plant-based meals for people who found it difficult to prepare meals from scratch.

Furthermore, the company is 100% plant-based, gluten-free and has no artificial flavours. They also currently offer six frozen meals which are sold throughout Canada, and in the summer will be expanding their meals to include three refrigerated products.
