Canstar Resources is exploring high-grade polymetallic VMS deposits in Newfoundland, targeting gold, silver, copper, lead, and zinc within a historically productive mining region.

The company is focused on the Buchans district, known for some of the highest-grade VMS deposits historically. With exposure to both precious and base metals, Canstar’s exploration strategy provides diversified commodity potential within a single deposit type.

Backed by a partnership with VMS Mining Corporation, which has committed $11.5 million to exploration, the company is preparing to launch a drill campaign following a year of groundwork across its projects. The upcoming program is aimed at testing priority targets and advancing potential discoveries.
