Couche-Tard will be taking an initial stake in the company of 9.9 percent and ratcheting that up to 50.1 percent, a controlling interest in the company. In addition, they'll be investing in excess of 380 million dollars of growth capital in the company. "It's an extremely exciting opportunity for us to be able to use our international infrastructure and leverage that to get into markets that are outside of Canada." says Fencott.
