The Metallic Group of Companies is a collaboration of three exploration companies. They are three separate public companies, each one with a dedicated management and technical team focused in their respective metals.
"We think that there is a tremendous history that backs up why people are exploring in the Yukon. And that it has a great future ahead", says Greg Johnson of Metallic Group.
More on the Metallic Group of Companies
Metallic Group companies are focused on value creation in the mining space through exploration for large-scale targets in silver and gold, platinum group metals, and copper, respectively, for Metallic Minerals, Group Ten Metals and Granite Creek Copper.
Moreover, the Metallic Group team includes highly successful explorationists formerly with leading explorer/developers. These include NovaGold, Trilogy Metals, Wellgreen Platinum and Ivanhoe Mines, as well as larger producers including Placer Dome (now Barrick), Goldfields, and Stillwater Mining (now Sibanye).
Their objective is to apply elements from these successful explorer/developers to the current market in order to create long-term value for shareholders through acquisition, discovery and advancement of significant mineral resources.
