Nabati Foods, a plant-based food tech-based in Vancouver. While innovation in the plant-based space continues to be dominated by the meat alternatives sector, demand is growing for more substitutes for other animal-based foods.

Nabati is aiming for global reach, creating alternative products across categories including dairy, eggs, meat, desserts, and more. Further, their products share unique processing steps, equipment, and ingredients. These allow them to develop, commercialize, and scale very quickly at low cost to prove concept as well as generate sales to support further investment.

Products developed are developed for retail and foodservice in order to diversify revenue streams.

"We are going to be the fourth company globally to offer a plant-based liquid egg on the market and the first in Canada," says Yehya.
