Nexe Innovations is an innovative materials company that designs, manufactures as well as leverages disruptive technology to make plant-based products. Plastic pods take five hundred years to break down. Moreover, coffee pods, mainly Nespresso and Keurig are major offenders. It is Nexe Innovations' mission to eliminate plastic pods from landfills and oceans as well as create more environmentally-friendly solutions for the world to use.
"We've developed a deep understanding of how to work with plant-based materials with almost a quarter billion pod capacity coming online in 2021. I'm very excited about our future NEXE Innovations," says President, Ash Guglani.
The company is now listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange Venture under the symbol NEXE.
The Nexe Pod
The Nexe Pod is a fully compostable and patented single-serve beverage pod made from readily renewable materials. Further, it's compatible with the leading single-serve coffee format machines and has more volume capacity vs standard single-serve capsules. In addition, the pods are non-toxic in soils and are fully compostable in as little as 35 days.
