Perimeter Medical Imaging AI Inc. is developing ultra-high-resolution, real-time, advanced imaging tools to address high unmet medical needs. Moreover, the recent 510(k) clearance from the U.S. FDA enables Perimeter to bring its “commercial-ready” Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) Imaging System to the U.S. market.

Perimeter’s OCT Imaging System

With advanced technology and intuitive functionality, Perimeter’s OCT Imaging System is designed to examine tissue microstructures during surgical procedures. Further, it provides cross-sectional, real-time margin visualization with image review manipulation software that allows physicians to identify and annotate microscopic tissue structures.

Throughout its development, Perimeter listened to clinician users. In fact, they incorporated their feedback to deliver a product that allows for a streamlined integration into current intraoperative workflows. Perimeter’s OCT Imaging system provides physicians and clinicians with “real-time” margin visualization to assist their decision making.
