Millennial Potash is a Canadian exploration company developing its previously explored potash project in Gabon, West Africa. Potash is a critical fertilizer used in agriculture. A couple of years. Potash has become even more important because Belarus and Russia supplied 35% of world's potash, and because of war in Ukraine, that supply has been constrained. Millennial potash team has done quite a few mining projects successful in the last 10 to 15 years, and the same team is at Millennium Potash now. And this team is also heavily potash oriented. We've done two major potash projects in the past, including a line lineup Potash and Potash one, and we're right on the coast, which means that we'll be able to use seawater for solution mining. We will have logistical advantage because we're right on the coast, so we think all these factors will contribute to lower cost structure for our project.
