Osisko Development is a North American gold mining company with a world-class team and a focus on developing high-quality past-producing properties in mining friendly jurisdictions. Their key project is the Cariboo Gold Project, which has already published a resource of 213,000 ounces at 28.1 grams with an inferred resource of 240,000 ounces of just under 20 grams. The company's strategy is to develop attractive and long-life assets, minimize exposure to development risk, while growing mineral resources. They aim to become a leader in the industry, with a target of production by 2024.

The Tintic Project

Osisko Development owns the Tintic Project located in the East Tintic Mining District of Central Utah, USA. The company is focused on fast-tracking the Trixie target within the larger project, which contains several gold and base metal targets. The Tintic Project consists of 17,000 acres of patented mining claims and mineral leases and has 23 past-producing mines within the project boundaries. An initial mineral resource estimate was published in Q1 2023 based on underground chip samples and drilling data.

The Cariboo Gold Project

Osisko Development's Cariboo Gold Project is a gold project in central British Columbia. The feasibility study on the project predicts that it will produce 1.87 million ounces of gold over a 12-year mine life, with an after-tax NPV5% of C$502 million and 20.7% IRR at a US$1,700/oz gold price. The company expects to complete the provincial Environmental Assessment process early in the second quarter of 2023 and to receive final permits by the end of 2023.
