Strategic Investment by Alimentation Couche-Tard

Trevor Fencott, Chief Executive Officer of Fire & Flower, announces a deal between Fire & Flower and Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc.

The agreement will allow Couch-Tard the potential to increase its stake to 50.1 per cent for a total of $380 million in invested capital.

Fire & Flower Holdings Corp., plans to use the funds to expand its network of cannabis retail stores and develop its Hifyre digital retail platform.
