A past producing mine, temporarily suspended in 2002 due to gold price dipping below $300 per ounce
The primary focus of Golden Predator is to advance the Brewery Creek Gold Mine back to production. Brewery Creek is a past producing heap leach gold mining operation; the property is located 55 km east of Dawson City, Yukon. It was operated by Viceroy Resource Corporation from 1996 to 2002. The project was temporarily closed due to low gold prices.
The 2019 work plan includes advancing towards production in a timely manner combined with drilling to upgrade and expand known resources.
A closer look at Golden Predator
Golden Predator Mining Corp. engages in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties in Canada and the United States. The company explores for copper, lead, zinc, gold and silver deposits.
It holds 100% interests in the 3 Aces property with 1,536 contiguous quartz claims covering 31,600 ha; the Brewery Creek project covering 200 km ² and the Marg property with 402 quartz claims covering approximately 83 km² located in Yukon.
Formerly known as Norther Tiger Resources, the company changed their name to Golden Predator Mining Corp. in April 2014.
