Happy Thanksgiving from BTV

Thanksgiving, traditionally meant to celebrate the harvest and other blessings of the past year is a reminder to be grateful. Last year I shared that I began a daily gratitude journal, taking a few minutes each night to list three things I’m grateful for. Admittedly this got easier the longer I did it until eventually it just became a habit.  Interestingly, the studies that touted it reduces stress, improves overall health, and makes you sleep better were correct! I can attest to it, but the biggest thing I discovered was it changed my perspective. Little things don’t seem to bother me, and I have a more peaceful outlook thanks in part to a simple two-minute daily gratitude journal. Give it a try and let me know how it goes for you!  

Some things I’m grateful for today include my supportive family, the amazing and creative team at BTV and you, our clients for giving us the opportunity to craft your campaigns. This Thanksgiving, we decided on your behalf, to donate enough funds to Second Harvest to feed 4000 Canadian families.
