Entering the medical cannabis market in Europe
Flowr was founded on the belief that quality cannabis should be accessible. They're committed to the perpetual improvement of their crops. In fact, they cultivate in advanced, state-of-the-art facilities, with their cannabis tended to by their team of experts. Further, through the continuous innovation of their procedures and practices, they create high quality cannabis products.
The Flowr Corp. completed the acquisition of Holigen Holdings in August, 2019. Holigen has cannabis facilities in Australia as well as Portugal.
"The license in Portugal is the largest licensed cannabis facility in all of Europe, maybe the world", says CEO, Vinay Tolia.
The plan is to develop products at scale, send them straight for extraction into oil and then into the all the medicinal markets of the EU.
With the combined expertise of Holigen and Flowr, the Portugal operation is aiming for an even bigger market than the EU.
