Novo Resources explores and develops its prospective land package covering approximately 10,500 square kilometres in the Pilbara region of Western Australia, along with the 22 square kilometre Belltopper Project in the Bendigo Tectonic Zone of Victoria, Australia. In addition to the Company’s primary focus, Novo seeks to leverage its internal geological expertise to deliver value-accretive opportunities to its stakeholders.
The company's key project, Becher, is located next to a 10.6 million ounce gold project, and their drilling to date has identified three advanced targets at Heckmair, Irvine and Whillans with significant gold and pathfinder anomalies in an area~ 20 sq km.
Nullagine Gold Project
The Nullagine Gold Project is located in the Pilbara region of Western Australia, approximately 185 km north of Newman and within the Mosquito Creek Basin.
The project includes the 1.8 Mtpa CIL processing facility which is strategically located for our Pilbara tenements. The site has an onsite laboratory, 10 MW power station, fully permitted TSF along with a facility to process mechanical sorter products.
Mr Spreadborough has a mining engineer background with over 20 years’ experience in mining lead, zinc, uranium, copper, gold and iron ore. He has held roles across the scope of the industry from business and project development to operations and exploration. In recent times he has held the position of CEO of Metals X Limited, Managing Director & CEO of Nusantara Resources and Non-Executive Director of CleanTeQ Holdings. Mr Spreadborough has also held positions as the General Manager – Mining for WMC, Vice President – Mining for BHP Billiton at the world-class Olympic Dam Mine in South Australia and the General Manager – Coastal Operations for Rio Tinto, responsible for port operations and Pannawonica mine site. Previous to those roles he also held the positions of Chief Operating Officer for Inova Resources Ltd (formerly Ivanhoe Australia) and Sandfire Resources.
