Gold explorer Talisker Resources has revealed a maiden resource estimate of almost 1.7 million ounces of gold across two fully permitted assets in south-central British Columbia. The flagship Bralorne Gold Project boasts an average grade of approximately 6.5 grams per tonne and is a past-producing mine with nearly 4.2 million ounces produced at a high grade of nearly 18 grams per ton.

Talisker plans to advance the exploration program, expand the resource, and fast track the project into production. The company also has an agreement with local communities to develop a more formalized agreement that defines co-development and partnership. With progress being made at Bralorne, Talisker plans to focus on their district-scale Ladner Gold Project.
