Located along the shore of Red Lake in the prolific Red Lake Gold District of Northwestern Ontario, Canada.The Red Lake airport is located at the east end of Red Lake and is surrounded by the famous Goldcorp Mines:

• Red Lake Mine
• Campbell Mine
• Couchenor Mine development project.

Campbell Mine has been one of the most productive mines in Red Lake for decades. In 1995 Goldcorp made a very significant discovery at the Red Lake Mine called the High Grade Zone.This discovery created substantial value for shareholders and became the foundation for a new major gold company. Goldcorp subsequently bought the Campbell Mine, and proceeded to begin a new development project at the Couchenor Mine.West Red Lake Gold project is located on the north shore of Red Lake and is located about 15km west of the Goldcorp Mine complex. There are three former gold mines located on the West Red Lake property:

• Mount Jamie Mine,
• Rowan Mine
• Red Summit Mine, which is a joint venture with Gold Corp

All three are located on an east-west trending geological structure.

About West Red Lake

The company has been exploring at the Rowan Mine since the company announced an initial NI 43-101 resource. Estimate of 1,087,000 ounces of inferred resource, at 7.57 grams per ton.Located 1 km west of the Rowan Mine is above all very attractive exploration target area called the Structural Intersection. This exploration target area is also situated where the east-west geological structure.
