Saskatchewan is a world leader in rare earth production, with two refineries in the area. Searchlight plans to continue exploring for rare earths, as well as potential lithium, nickel, copper, vanadium, and cobalt. Kulik Lake is their most advanced property, with high-grade rare earths and uranium found at the surface, and ongoing exploration to determine the extent of the system.

Champion Iron has a large resource base of high-grade iron ore in a good jurisdiction, making it a key solution for decarbonization. The demand for this material is expected to double in the next 18 months, with a need for ultra-pure material.
