E3 Lithium is a lithium resource and technology company aiming to power the growing electrical revolution.
E3 aims to develop one of the world's largest lithium resources in Alberta, to keep up with the explosive demand for lithium. They plan to operate a lithium production facility in 2026, using a continuous flow process to extract high purity lithium concentrate from brine quickly. Key partners for the project include Imperial Oil, with support from the Strategic Innovation Fund. E-3 Lithium is excited to demonstrate the pilot scale of their project in Q3.

The pilot will support E3 Lithium’s Clearwater project, which will draw lithium from under the Leduc oil field, Imperial’s historic discovery that first launched major oil and gas development in Western Canada. E3 Lithium’s proprietary technology is designed to extract the critical mineral from the lithium-rich brine, with potential for commercial development of battery-grade products.
